Generally products are guaranteed for 12 months from their purchase date against defects in workmanship and faulty materials under normal and reasonable use.
Guarantee excludes damage caused by inappropriate use and normal everyday wear and tear.
At Ketta Pumps option the guarantee will be limited to the repair or replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price in part or in full.
In some cases part or all of a product may be covered by an external providers warranty.
