Q  How do I send a product back to Ketta Pumps?
A  Depending on your location, the size and weight of the product and its value, Ketta Pumps will advise you how to proceed

Q  How will my payment be refunded to me?
A  Any refunds will be made straight back to you in the same way as your payment was originally made
For example if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded

Q  Who pays for the return shipping?
A  Depending on the circumstances Ketta Pumps will communicate with you in this regard

Q  I have received a product that has been damaged in transit - what do I do?
A  Where possible note this on the receipt you sign from the freight carrier
Where possible photograph the damaged item/s and packaging
Contact Ketta Pumps within 48 hours, providing a photograph and purchase details

Q  I have received a product that I find does not suit my requirements - what do I do?
A  Contact Ketta Pumps within 24 hours of receipt with purchase details and an explanation of the situation
Please note that products that have been used do not qualify for refund
