Ace FMC-HYD-206 hydraulic driven cast iron pump
The standard farm hydraulic pump since 1969
Ace 206 hydraulic motor
1 inch NPT(F) outlet port
1-1/4 inch NPT(F) inlet port
Viton® carbon/ceramic mechanical seal
Chemical resistant Valox® impeller
Stainless steel shaft and wear ring
Non self-priming
8.3 bar (120 psi)
83 m (272 ft) head
350 lpm (93 gpm)

The Ace 206 hydraulic motor:
1/2 inch NPT(F) hydraulic hose ports
Requires 26.5 lpm (7 gpm) maximum hydraulic fluid input
Compatible with virtually all modern tractor hydraulic systems
Needle valve:
Allows for bypass of excess hydraulic fluid on open center hydraulic systems
Bypasses up to 34 lpm (9 gpm) on open center hydraulic systems
Has a threaded needle with a slotted end and lock nut
Coasting check:
This internal feature is standard on all Ace hydraulic motors
It protects the motor seal from pressure spikes created by the flywheel effect of the impeller when the pump is turned off
Reverse flow check:
Prevents damage by not allowing the pump to run backwards
For these hydraulic systems:
Pressure compensating closed center systems
Load sensing closed center systems
Open center systems up to 60.6 lpm (16 gpm)

Note:
1/2 inch hydraulic hose is recommended with Ace 206 hydraulic motors

The Ace Pumps story:
Ace Pumps began business in 1945
There have been considerable technological advances since Ace Pumps was founded.
Ace Pump Corporation has provided pumping solutions for the chemical application, off-highway equipment, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets
These varied applications have required Ace to successfully overcome a wide range of engineering challenges
In 1969 at the request of John Deere, Ace Pumps developed possibly the first hydraulic motor driven pump
Many of the original pumps are still operating today after more than 30 years of service
Today the Ace Pump Corporation is here at 1650 Channel Avenue, Memphis, TN 38113, USA
